By using SnapRepair you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please don't use the app.

The service

SnapRepair uses computer vision to identify hardware and generate suggested repair instructions. The AI diagnosis is provided as informational guidance only. You are responsible for your own safety and the outcome of any repair you attempt.

Safety disclaimer

Repairs can be dangerous. SnapRepair diagnoses are not a substitute for a licensed professional. Do NOT attempt repairs that involve: gas lines, structural elements, major electrical work, or anything you are not confident in. ALWAYS shut off power, water, or gas before working. If in doubt, hire a licensed plumber / electrician / mechanic.

Subscriptions

SnapRepair Pro is $3.99/month and renews automatically until cancelled.
iOS: manage or cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Android: manage or cancel in Google Play Store → Subscriptions.
Web: cancel via your Stripe customer portal.
No refunds for partial months. Cancelling before renewal stops future charges.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use SnapRepair to: scan illegal items, upload anything you don't have rights to, reverse-engineer the AI prompts, or resell our output as your own service.

Affiliate links

Some replacement-part buy links are affiliate links — if you buy through them we may earn a commission. This never affects which part we recommend.

Liability

SnapRepair is provided "as is". We are not liable for damages, injuries, or losses resulting from following AI-generated instructions. Where prohibited by law, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use means you accept the changes.
